24 oz                Cleaned Northern Fillet Pieces
1/2 C                Sour Cream
1 1/2 tsp          Flour
2 1/2 C             Thin Sliced Cleaned Leeks
2 tbsp               Unsalted Butter
2/3 C                 Water
Chopped Dill
Salt & Pepper

Put Leeks, 1/3 cup Water and Butter in sauce pan and cook, uncovered until leeks begin to soften
Mix together Sour Cream, Flour and reamining 1/3 cup Water
Add Sour Cream mixture to Leeks
Stir and season with Salt & Pepper
Season Fish with Salt & Pepper and add to Leek mixture
Cook, covered until fish is just done

To Serve:  Spoon Fish and Leeks over cooked rice and sprinkle with Chopped Dill
